We run outbound end-to-end for 25-30 clients at a time and book qualified meetings across a wide range of industries and deal sizes. We're hiring a CSM to own the client side of that operation. What you'll own: -> The relationship, communication, and performance narrative for every client in your portfolio -> Biweekly check-in calls with clear recaps and next steps -> Proactive performance monitoring - you flag issues before clients notice them -> Renewals, upsells, and expansion across your book -> Onboarding new clients from start to finish -> Direct line to our GTM Engineers so you always walk into client calls fully informed You're a fit if you: -> Have 2+ years in account management, CS, or a client-facing role -> Understand B2B outbound - cold email, deliverability, ICP targeting, sequencer performance -> Communicate clearly in written and spoken English, both async and on video -> Can manage multiple accounts without being micromanaged -> Have worked in or alongside an outbound or growth agency -> Use AI tools as a genuine force multiplier, not a novelty This is not the role for you if: -> You need to be chased to follow up -> You want a stable job description that never changes -> You treat CS as a ticket queue We are a small, tight team that moves fast and holds each other to a high standard.
