Annual Compensation: $6,000 USD
Full-Time Remote Position
Manage up to 3 active client accounts
Direct exposure to international clients and agency operations
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Lead client onboarding and strategy meetings.
Manage day-to-day client communication and expectations.
Coordinate with outbound email marketing specialists and other fulfillment team members.
Monitor campaign progress and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
Prepare and present campaign performance updates to clients.
Track client requests and ensure timely execution.
Identify potential issues proactively and implement solutions before they impact results.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, campaign activities, and project status.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in Account Management, Client Success, Project Management, Customer Success, or Agency Operations.
Experience working with B2B service businesses.
Understanding of lead generation, outbound marketing, and sales processes.
Familiarity with project management and communication tools such as ClickUp, Notion, Slack, HubSpot, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar platforms.
Experience working with clients based in the USA, UK, or Canada.
