Hiring Go-To-Market Engineer in Germany/DACH Region with Outbound and Automation Experience at AutomateDemand
👋 Hi all, We're hiring a Go-To-Market Engineer at AutomateDemand. This is a great fit if you're permanently based in Germany or the wider DACH region:
2–3 years of SDR / BDR / AE experience and want to transition into a GTM Engineer role
Or already working as a GTM Engineer / RevOps Strategist for 1–2 years in an agency or startup
We're looking for someone who's genuinely curious about modern GTM and enjoys building systems with Clay, Claude Code, Instantly, HeyReach and automation across outbound, ABM, and personalization use cases. You're a fit if you have:
Hands-on Clay experience or solid BDR/AE/SDR experience
1+ years running outbound/cold email campaigns or operating as a sales rep
Comfortable building campaigns end-to-end (list building → enrichment → messaging → launch)
Strong ownership and comfortable working directly with clients
Fluent German (C1+) is a plus and strong English
