What you'll do:
- Build Clay workflows — data enrichment, scoring, signal-based targeting. Clay is your main tool, every day
- Develop AI agents — Claude Code prompts and agents for research, personalization, and campaign creation
- Execute outbound campaigns — multi-channel (email + LinkedIn) for our clients, from segmentation to live campaign
- Find pain signals — turn public data sources into outreach angles
- Work directly with clients — own projects, deliver results, run feedback loops

What you bring:
- Native-level German (most of our clients are DACH)
- Clay experience or strong tool affinity (you learn new SaaS tools in hours, not weeks)
- Analytical thinking — you see data and spot patterns
- Self-management — remote means you own your output
- Bonus: experience with Claude Code, Instantly, HubSpot
