🚨 We’re Hiring a GTM Consultant (Clay + Recruitment Expert)! 🚨 We’re looking for a GTM Consultant / Clay Specialist to support our outbound team at Recruitment Revenue — must have experience working with recruitment agencies. 🧑‍💼📞 This is a contract-based / consultant role, perfect for someone who’s built backend lead gen systems and knows exactly how recruiters think, sell, and buy. ⸻ 💼 What You’ll Be Doing 🔍 Building hyper-targeted lead lists for cold call–only campaigns 📱 Sourcing and verifying accurate mobile numbers (no emails or LinkedIn!) 🧪 Using Clay, Apollo, Crunchbase, Prospeo, BetterContact & other enrichment tools 📊 Supporting campaign setup and data flow into Close CRM ⚙️ Helping us continuously improve our outbound engine for recruitment clients ⸻ ✅ Must-Haves 🔥 1+ year of hands-on experience with Clay — this is non-negotiable 📞 Proven experience working with or targeting recruitment agencies (UK/US) 📲 Strong knowledge of mobile data sourcing, validation & enrichment 🛠️ Familiar with outbound sales tools like Apollo, Crunchbase, Prospeo, and Close CRM 🌍 Comfortable with UK/US B2B markets 🗣️ Fluent English speaker ⸻ 🚀 Why Recruitment Revenue?
