📞 Hiring: Remote B2B Appointment Setter (Cold/Warm Calling – Commercial Property Maintenance) BuildingReach Inc. is hiring a full-time remote appointment setter to book meetings with US commercial property managers for our building service contractor clients (roofing, restoration, landscaping, cleaning, etc) The Role:
80+ outbound cold calls/day, booking qualified appointments
HubSpot + Aircall stack, full playbook/scripts/coaching provided
Must work US ET or PT business hours
Comp: $1,800 USD/mo base + per-appointment bonuses → ~$2,500/mo OTE ($30K USD/yr+), uncapped
Requirements:
2+ years outbound B2B cold calling (SDR/appointment setting/telesales)
Clear, professional spoken English + you know your numbers
Reliable internet, quiet workspace, headset, backup power
Bonus: experience calling into CRE, property management, or building services
