🚀 Hiring: Campaign Manager @ Socials4Trades 📍 Remote (EST hours) | 🕓 Full-time, Mon–Fri About Socials4Trades: Socials4Trades is the fastest growing email marketing agency for the facility service / trades industries (HVAC, roofing, janitorial, painting, and more). We’ve gone from idea → 100+ active clients & $2M+ ARR in just one year with our productized outbound systems, and we’re just getting started. We at any point have hundreds of active outbound campaigns, sending millions of emails annually, generating more pipeline than most companies could ever dream of. & We’re now expanding our Campaign Management team to help take the reins on client fulfillment and help better serve our clients. Why this role matters: This is a backend (not client facing) hands on operator role focused on building client campaigns and keeping our systems performing at a high level. You’ll be crucial to client fulfilment and growth — setting up campaigns, keeping inboxes healthy, and making sure leads keep flowing. High performers in this role can quickly grow into leadership positions in Fulfillment or Outbound Ops. What you’ll do:
Onboarding of new clients and launching of new campaigns for existing clients (infra, lists, copy, etc)
Monitor deliverability, bounce rates, and troubleshoot issues fast
Refresh infra, leads & scripts for renewals
Track client performance, flag risks early, and suggest improvements
Keep detailed documentation and improve processes
Skills you need to have:
3+ yrs in outbound marketing / marketing ops / sales automation
Proven hands on Smartlead experience (required)
Comfortable with Clay, Apollo, prospecting/enrichment tools
Solid understanding of SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warmup, bounce mgmt
Experience with cold email copywriting/personalization
Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
Agency or multi-client experience = nice to have
