TLDR: I almost torched $500 in Clay credits in under 3 minutes because I left auto-run on while importing 20k contacts. Reached out to support fully expecting a "sorry, non-refundable" reply. Richard from Clay actually pulled the logs, confirmed it was a misfire, and refunded the credits same day.
Wanted to give them a public shoutout. Support quality like this is rare and worth talking about.
