*Hey everyone!* I’m curious if anyone has experience or insights on doing *targeted outbound campaigns* based on specific issues people mention on LinkedIn. For example, is it possible to track when someone mentions difficulties with their *CRM* or *ERP provider*, and then use that information to initiate an outbound campaign tailored to that pain point? Would love to hear if anyone has tried this or knows of tools/strategies that make it easier to track and act on these mentions.

Use a webscraper like Phantombuster or Apify to track mentions of CRM or ERP Provider. Apify has a LinkedIn post scraper that can scrape posts from post search. 2. Import the scrape results into Clay using the Pull Data from Apify Source 3. Add "Use AI" columns from the enrichment search bar to analyze this post and craft a personalized message 4. Actually, you can do this entire thing within a series of Claygent and Generative AI columns. I'm not sure if you want to check if a company/employee at a company has mentioned something about a certain CRM or ERP or if you want to start with only those people who have mentioned something negative about those softwares. Assuming it's the latter, the simplest way would be to run a Boolean search in LinkedIn with the Posts filter selected. You can then scrape these posts using an Apify post scraper, import that table into clay, extract data from each row, segregate it, and then start the enrichment.
