Need Help with Salesforce Cases: Linking Accounts and Contacts

Hi everyone, has anybody worked with "cases" in salesforce? I'm trying to get the account and contact related to the case. Maybe trying to link them by the ID

You can use SOQL to retrieve account and contact related to a case. Try this query: SELECT Id, AccountId, ContactId, Account.Name, Contact.Name FROM Case WHERE Id = 'your_case_id' This returns the case with its linked account and contact IDs and names. You can then use these IDs to link records in your Clay workflow.
