Hi, I would love to pick your brain on how I could build the following flow:
I need to source candidates with high-quality filters (skills etc), thus I currently use LinkedIn Recruiter
Then I used LinkedHelper to extract the email addresses
Then I am thinking of importing them to Clay to clean the job title and e.g. not have ones where you see that it is copy-pasted with 6 words
Then I would launch the campaign in Instantly
Any ideas how I could make this flow simpler? Any way to e.g. scrape a LinkedIn Recruiter result page in Clay?
Hey thanks for reaching out - Great question! ๐ Have you had a chance to explore our find people search feature? Did it meet your needs, or do you still find yourself leaning towards using LinkedIn Recruiter? If you prefer sticking with LinkedIn Recruiter, a good solution is to use APIFY for automatically extracting profiles and integrating them as a source in Clay. Simply create a new table and select APIFY. You'll need to have an account with them, choose an actor, link your LinkedIn account, and it will automatically extract all the necessary information and send it directly to Clay. Once the data is in Clay, you can leverage our "Personal Email" enrichment feature in the enrichment panel by clicking the "add enrichment" button at the top right of the page. This will enable you to extract emails using multiple providers and validate them as well. You can then apply AI to normalize their job titles (GPT 4o Mini costs .5 credits per row) and create personalization or snippets that can be added as custom values within theInstantly enrichment feature. Let us know if you have more questions! :)
Thanks a lot! Apify only supports scraping LinkedIn Sales Nav, not Recruiter, right?
Hey there! Thanks for the reply. Apify may not have a run actor for this, but Phantom Buster has a scraper that is able to export profiles on LinkedIn Recruiter. Let me know if that helps!
Thanks Daniela! Hmm I feel that Phantom Buster is quite dangerous to my account health, right? Otherwise, that would be useful!
Hey, jumping in for Daniela. It could be dangerous if you go over the stated limits! As an alternative, check out this: https://help.wiza.co/en/articles/7939179-how-do-i-export-people-from-linkedin-recruiter Heard good things about Wiza! Plus, some of our data providers such as Prospeo & Findymail have Chrome extensions to extract LinkedIn Sales Nav, but not sure if they work for LI Recruiter. Hope it helps!
Thanks a lot Daniel! Will check them out
