Hi everyone, I would really appreciate some inspiration on this since I'm very new on Clay. I have a situation where I have an extremely large list of accounts on Salesforce, and a lot of contacts of those accounts are outdated when checking out their linkedin profiles - they don't work there anymore, and other people have started working there. My goal would be to go through all of the Salesforce accounts and double check whether the contacts listed are the people working there (if not, remove the contacts or mark them appropriately) and whether there are any new joiners in certain positions. I have played around a bit, but it seems I'm hitting some roadblocks in updating Salesforce contacts and ability to check LinkedIn at scale. Any pointers would be very welcome!
Hey Arturas! Thanks for reaching out. Happy to help✨. Could you share details about the roadblocks you ran into while updating Salesforce contacts? Feel free to share your table url as well. For context, the typical workflow would be: - Import your contacts via the native integration into a table - Run "enrich person" to verify the contact's current experience and match that against the company record. - Run the update action to tag contacts that no longer work at the primary account.
I need to enrich the leads with Cognism, since that what we use, but I don't see it under Clay integrations. Should I think about custom webhooks via Cognism or something like that?
Got it. We don't have a native integration with Cognism, but you can connect via HTTP API. Here's a quick guide for using HTTP API: https://docs.clay.com/en/articles/9672489-http-api-with-clay We also have a template that's accessible in the enrichment tab. Let me know if this helps! https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1346614352/1b55d9b486b4c1d64ad653d559d9/CleanShot+2025-01-22+at+15_38_16%402x.png?expires=1737558900&signature=cf36ffac2978039ff4cf2670d4993b3524b80ee3df27070f519fe0a25a3109eb&req=dSMjEM9%2FmYJaW%2FMW1HO4za4o1KM%2FLovgDN0UbNEWD9RhM3rESnI6bLgOTJM0%0A4o7x%0A
Thank you, will try that!
