Compensation: 2k-5K+ euros base salary depending on experience.
Schedule: Full-Time (Flexible Hours - GMT+2 timezone alignment)
Location: Remote (Europe ONLY)
Engagement: Direct hire only (no agencies or outsourcers)
Role Overview
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of outbound email campaigns. You’ll manage a team of 4 people working on outreach campaigns and lead the writing of persuasive copy, scale personalized outreach, and drive high quality marketing qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & ExecutionDesign, launch, and optimize outbound sequences from concept to deploymentWrite and test direct-response copy targeting decision-makers across industriesEnsure consistency in personalization, spintax usage, segmentation
Data & Lead Management
Build and segment datasets Build outreach flows tied to lead segmentation Track and improve lead-to-deal throughput
Infrastructure & Deliverability
Maintain inboxes/domains: rotation, warm-up, reputationResolve inbox placement, bounce rate, and deliverability challengesMonitor system health and performance
Analytics & Reporting
Report on open, click, reply, and conversion ratesExtract insights and iterate campaign strategy to boost ROI
Innovation & Testing
Continuously test new copy angles, hooks, and frameworksRefine campaigns based on performance and industry-specific trends
Requirements
5+ years hands-on experience in high-volume B2B email marketingStrong copywriting skills (cold emails, outbound sequences). Example copy will be required.Deep knowledge of deliverability, inbox infrastructure, and scaling campaignsAdvanced competence in segmentation, analytics, and trackingExcellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detailAdvanced experience in using Clay, Smartlead and LemlistMust apply directly (no agencies or outsourcing)
