For Keethu R. /Michael E. Just validated that pagination is the issue. I created 2 more dummy campaigns in Instantly, and an additional 2 campaigns disappeared.
The picklist in Clay limits to the first 10 campaigns, sorted by Created Date from newest to oldest it seems.
