OMG i solved it! I used 2 Claygents and it worked like a charm! Will update here later, gotta run! Soooo cooool!!!
Hey peeps, I got quite a ๐งฉPUZZLE for my personalization and maybe some wizard will be able to solve it. We are selling a SaaS for Recruiting. Here is what I am doing manually, after I found my ICP in SL and enriched them in Clay:
Using the company URL, manually clicking on it
Going manually to the "Jobs" section of their website
clicking manually on a Job Ad
checking the job Ad (is it a PDF, self-made form, self-made simple page) or if it is done through an ATS (like softgarden, umantis, abacus, dualoo, etc.)
counting the number of jobs on their company URL
The output i have is simple, but super powerful for my prospecting/email campaign, because I get:
do they use an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or do they do everything manually?
if they use an ATS, which one do they use?
How many open positions do they have to manage?
All this intel lets me:
put them in the right outreach campaign
personalize my outreach way beyond Name, company, linkedin stuff
solve real world issues with our solution that will help them and I can be super relevant in my outreach
But it's too time consuming when you want to outreach to 1000s contacts this way. Some stuff, that didnt work (at least for me with limited knowledge on all of them): Using builtwith doesnt work, because the products are very local and they dont appear in builtwith. Scraping doesnt work, because it uses fixed data points, it's good to use if you scrape always the same page, but here it's everytime another. AI also (so far) didnt work, it finds the pages but mostly returns inaccurate answers, for example it finds the career page but even that there are x amount of jobs there listed, it wont give you this detail. Does anyone has been in similar shoes and found a way to solve this repetitive tasks?
Hey guys๐ (Clay + Recruiting question) I was wondering how I could get this done and some of the users like Deep S. are building powerful clay stuff. The idea here is to help a client in ๐ฏ active talent sourcing.
I reach out to a big number of matching candidates for multiple positions at the same time and the goal is to have them apply.
Now, the challenge is, that I need to reach out to 5000+ possible candidates a month for a variety of positions.
So, with LinkedIn I can only contact a friction of the identified candidates and I need to be connected with them, so that means I need to use email automation to get the job done.
Now, business emails i can find in masses, but personal emails (which is the preferred ones for recruiting emails) are super hard to get.
The only solution I see atm is to use work emails and find creative ways on how this can be done in a respectful way so it's ok. (like not to disclose too many informations in the 1st email, etc.) Has anybody been able to solve this already or has some ideas or a new perspective how I could get ahead of things? ๐
