I think i understand what might be going on. there can be huge delays in between progress and I think its probably a rate limit issue on big lists does that make sense
but there was no new data coming in to trigger the rows in question as far as i can tell. I get that new rows get triggered by why a row that exists and has no new trigger is rerunning i dont get
