The issue here is that you're referencing a column that's downstream in your input column for the waterfall. Since your "merged -emails" column is dependent on the output of this email waterfall, you can't put it as an input.

For future reference, if you encounter issues with your waterfall enrichment, unhide all the rows. Sometimes, a red diamond will appear, indicating any potential errors.

Hey Tom - stepping in for Hari here. I looked at your workbook and it seems you took your template's prompt and copied it into the column, and it worked. If this unblocks your current workflow, I suggest you continue doing this.
In the meantime, I will look into why your pre-made claygent template isn't working.
Just heard back from the team, and the best way to paste across multiple cells is to drag the toggle on the bottom right and then paste and overwrite. Here's a video on how to do it:
