Ah I see. Then the only option is to find the people through Claygent on a seperate table and then do a lookup to remove them.
If you have their linkedin profiles you can easily exclude them through the exclude option in Find people enrichment

You have to get the characteristics of the company for which you want to find the competitors and as per that you can use company enrich, crunchbase or apollo to find the companies
You can do a lookalike in clay or apollo
