Deliverability is mission-critical to our operation. We’re looking for a dedicated Deliverability Specialist who can own, protect, and scale our sending infrastructure across multiple clients. The Role As a Deliverability Specialist at Nordic Nexuz, you are responsible for keeping our email systems alive, clean, and scalable. You will own inbox health, domain reputation, warming processes, sending logic, and ongoing deliverability optimization across dozens of campaigns. This is a hands-on technical role with real accountability — your work directly impacts client results. You will work closely with campaign managers, copywriters, and leadership to ensure campaigns actually land in inboxes, not spam. Responsibilities
Set up and manage email infrastructure (domains, inboxes, DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
Own inbox warming processes and scaling logic
Monitor and maintain sender reputation across tools and clients
Diagnose and fix deliverability issues (spam placement, blocks, low open rates)
Optimize sending behavior (ramp-up, volume caps, rotation, reply handling)
Manage and audit sending tools (Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, etc.)
Stay ahead of ESP changes, spam filters, and deliverability best practices
Work with campaign managers to pause, adjust, or relaunch campaigns when needed
Create and follow internal SOPs for deliverability standards
Requirements
Proven experience with cold email deliverability (agency or high-volume environment preferred)
Deep understanding of inbox providers (Google, Outlook, Microsoft)
Strong knowledge of DNS, domain reputation, warming, and sender scoring
Hands-on experience with cold email tools and infrastructure
Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and methodically
Strong written English (spoken English is a plus)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and process-driven
Comfortable owning a critical system without hand-holding

Job Title: GTM Engineer (Full-Time) About the Role We’re hiring a full-time GTM Engineer to help run and scale outbound systems for multiple client accounts at Nordic Nexuz. You’ll be responsible for operating our proven outbound engine — setting up campaigns, importing leads, connecting domains, sequencing emails, and ensuring every step runs smoothly. You’ll work directly with the co-founder to execute campaign setups from start to finish based on clear instructions. All assets — from copy to targeting to leads — are provided.
