Great to meet you Tyler! I also am the 'tech'/stats guy for a local UK Uni Football (yes the American kind) - curious to hear what sort of tech/advancements you're using that I may not be tapped into!!

Are you using Hudl? Hudl's Focus product uses some AMAZING computer vision to SIGNIFICANTLY improve the baseline of what teaching film you get.

Tyler S. We currently use QwikCut - it seems to be the primary choice of film hosting in the UK market..... a case should be made to switch to Hudl, I'm not a fan of what we use presently!

I dislike the internal stat tracking tools - the Playbook builder is great, I'd even go as far as to say it's intuitive, easy, and clear. But from a player perspective a lot of our guys find it overwhleming or difficult to find uploaded files (user problem I know). Mainly hard for me to log what I want to log I feel. I know there's a lot of football tech out there, but we don't really get a sniff of it over here, hell we still use a GoPro on a stick to film!

Hudl owns WyScout now... there might be opportunity for their "Football" people to sell to additionally sell their American Football stuff. You might even be able to get in on a volume discount with your Uni or a local Football club purchasing agreement!
