You can handle invoicing-related matters directly through your Clay account. Here's how:
1. Go to Settings > Plans and Billing > Invoices & Receipts to view your invoices.
2. If you need to update your billing email:
• Navigate to Settings > Plans and Billing > Update Email
• Enter the new email address for billing-related communications
• Click "Update Billing Email"
3. For sales tax inquiries or if your business is tax-exempt, you can provide your exemption certificate to us.
