Hey support! We're using the 'Find contacts' enrichment and we're getting more than 10 counts for some of the rows. Question: Why can we only keep data for the first 10? Is there a workaround to getting all 215 values? Thank you!
π Hey there! Our support team has got your message - we'll be back in touch within 24 hours (often sooner!). If you haven't already, please include the URL of your table in this thread so that we can help you as quickly as possible!
Hey there Joessa thanks for reaching out, this is occurring due to our columns having a limit of 10 results per cell. The only way to get all all 256 results would be in a different table and you would do that by selecting the "Save results in new table" option that appears when you first select to use this integration. https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1209461057/0faafdf5879a69194809bac5bbdf/image.png?expires=1728430200&signature=61a2e1d2653696da710024f18359beea36f65a7045c965bf44a3b5f019bbf2fe&req=dSInH814nIFaXvMW1HO4zd5RAVtEXw69js31Gz9E81vpFCay4bfX2MXwx1nx%0A%2BreO%0A
LuisArturo Thanks for the response! The table is part of a flow. Do we have to do this everytime a new company is added to the table? Is there a way to automate?
Hey there Joessa if this is part of a workflow then the Find people search will run automatically every time a new company is added to the table, as long as the table is "turned on" as saving these results in a new table will create a Find People column in the current one that will run if a new row is added.
Awesome, thanks Luis!
When going this route, we can't use existing columns in the original table for values i.e. Job Location?
Saving in the current table allows us to do this:
Is there a workaround?
Hey, thanks for the question! The reason you canβt use existing columns in the values when creating a new search is that itβs not directly connected to that table. When you perform enrichments within a table, it can pull in dynamic values from the existing columns because they are already tied together. The workaround here is to use the enrichment directly within the table youβre working with. This way, you can access and use the dynamic values from the existing columns like βJob Location.β If you have any more questions or need further help, feel free to ask! π
We haven't heard back from you in a bit, so we're going to go ahead and close things out here - feel free to let us know if you still need something!
