I can't pull columns into a formula or merge column function, even after a hard refresh and clearing my cache. https://www.loom.com/share/88cdd7b31bd6421e8b908994e14e7c1b
If you're having trouble accessing columns in formulas or merge functions, try these steps: 1. Re-run the source table rows to make newly created columns visible in formulas. 2. For formula-specific issues, perform a hard refresh: • Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R • Mac: Cmd + Shift + R If you're still seeing "Error evaluating formula" messages, try another browser refresh (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R).
Was that helpful?

If you’re dealing with a specific table, drop the URL below so we can help you quicker. Otherwise, someone from our team will be in touch soon!
Hi Henry, thanks for reaching out. Taking a look at this now! Do you mind sending the link (url) to the table so we can take a look?
any update?
Hi Henry, sorry about the delay here - could you go ahead and clear your browsers caches and refresh this page? I just tried to set up a formula in your table and was able to link dynamic tokes without any issues. It seems like you may be running into some temporary front end performance issues here.
trying now
still can't pull it. are you able to access the normalized first and last name tokens?
hoping to kick off an enrichment ASAP
its not working across all of my tables
Hi Henry - gathering additional context on this. Are you currently on our beta program here? Just verifying why and how you groped the first and last names you're trying to reference here.
No we're paid customers — spent like $5-6k this month
I cleaned the first and last names and am now trying to join them to run an email enrichment
Thanks for your patience Henry - I know you're on a paid plan I was just asking if you've been enabled for access to beta features for this workspace since I'm not sure how you've been able to group the normalized first and last name here:
Can you try to reproduce the grouping here so I can investigate what's causing the issue further here?
What do you mean by that?
Henry - Sorry for this, it looks like we've got a bug on our hands. I've escalated this to our engineering team to help look into it. We'll follow up here as soon as we know more! In the meantime, I went ahead and created two ungrouped formulas which you can now reference in further formula configurations. Feel free to implement the same solution in other tables where you ran into the same issue.
Yeah I can't access that
actually I can. would you mind doing the same thing for this table Bruno R. https://app.clay.com/workspaces/484780/tables/t_Gd8YymyP4HZU/views/gv_Rrb6tjrBp5WT
really appreciate it
Good news! Happy to report that we heard back from the team and this issue should be fixed. Try a quick refresh (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R) and let us know if the problem has been resolved on your end, or if you still have trouble. Thank you for your patience as we worked on it.
