Request for Assistance: Credit Issue with Clay Email Waterfall Enrichment
Hello Clay S., I sent a support message yesterday about a glitch in a Clay find email waterfall enrichment I run which used all 22,523 of our credits on 1638 rows of which 600+ were found with my own API. Meaning the waterfall used 22,523 credits to enrich about a 1000 rows. The highest waterfall provider cost 6 credits. So clearly something went wrong. Please could you check on this asap and refund the credits. It's put all our workflows at a standstill, which is super inconvenient. Thanks.
