Hi, I'd like to reopen this ticket. I have cross checked the table and this is not the case. I'd appreciate a closer and more diligent look into this.
Here are some red flags:
Multiple providers finding the SAME email after it was already found. This is a clear system error. Once an email is found, the waterfall should stop. I should not be charged 6-8+ times per row when the first provider already succeeded.
I manually verified 10 random emails that you were found multiple times, and they were all valid (see screenshot attached)
Your response suggested this is normal behavior with 14 providers, but the waterfall failed to stop after finding valid emails and charged me repeatedly for the same result.
I need this escalated to your technical team immediately and a refund is necessary in this case.
