The best way to surface valid emails is to filter the column to show non-empty rows. You can then choose to download the CSV or if you're using any of the email tools like Smartlead and such you can export them directly to that account (depending on the plan).Filters shouldn't mess with any of your formulas either.

when I hit filter on this column.. it says Where - equal to- then blank… what type of filter am I doing? then after I get info can I just copy and delete all data in columns to keep clean?

You'll be changing "equal to" for "is not empty" and that would do it.

And yes, you can download that CSV to keep the data you found and delete the records if you'd like. Otherwise, you can still keep it there for future reference if you need them
