Does anyone know the most effective way to separate multiple people that work at the same company in a clay table? I want to do this to have these people if different campaigns. Currently I have a Clay list on where every row i a unique contact but there can be multiple rows / contacts associated to the same company. I used to export the sheet and do this Google sheets but I wonder if there is a more effective way to do it in Clay π
π€ You've caught us outside of our support hours (9am-9pm EST), but don't worry - we'll be back in touch within 24 hours (often sooner!). If you haven't already, please include the URL of your table in the thread below so that we can help you as quickly as possible!
Hello Rafael! There is a more effective way to do this. You can add this lookup rows enrichment in your table that does a lookup on the same table: https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/1192945733/b977e247bf05fab67b2010f0/CleanShot+2024-09-25+at+12_05_25%402x.png?expires=1727281800&signature=90120f80d0bf4e80dc1a3d99e9446557339a518aa0aa545f205187900dab9d88&req=dSEuFMB6mIZcWvMW1HO4zfPwMPLg1xmrfk8Qwv21wWkCR6b%2FqQc0C4EDfshh%0AJkk%2F%0A And you can use the number of results returned (>1) as a conditional formula to write the row to a different table. Feel free to drop a table link here and I can help set up the example in your workflow.
How does the βwrite to other Tableβ fuction help with this use case if I can only choose to to write the values to another table that are within a list from a column. I want to write the entire row with all values of all columns to another table if the conditions of the look up function is met. Makes sense? Hope you can help on this & thanks in advance Tomi F.
Hey there - just wanted to check in here to see if you needed anything else! Feel free to reply back here if you do.
Hey Rafael, thanks for the message and inquiry about this! This could be achieved within your table but are there any unique values to ensure only the corresponding lead is added to the right campaign? In any case, here's a video with a similar concept. Let me know if that helps! https://www.loom.com/share/6a125f62c09f42eeab34b89695294248
We haven't heard back from you in a bit, so we're going to go ahead and close things out here - feel free to let us know if you still need something!
