Hey for some reason all my credits have run out. I did not press auto update on this specific workflow but it's all gone. All 17k I had. Can anyone help?
Credits can be depleted even if auto-update wasn't enabled for a specific workflow, as auto-update settings exist at both table and column levels. Auto-update might have been enabled elsewhere in your workspace. To recover credits, you have two options: 1. Purchase credit top-ups through Workspace Settings > Plans and Billing > Purchase Credits 2. Upgrade your plan if you need more credits regularly To prevent this in the future, check all auto-update settings and test enrichments on a few rows before updating entire tables. If you need more assistance, please request human help.

Hey Shashank! Apologies for the delay. Happy to help✨. It looks like most of the credit usage came from running Enrow, Zerobounce and Icy Peas in your email waterfall. Do you recall making updates to your email waterfall configuration? The current order suggests that providers were added/removed and the run action was initiated while changes were made. We’ve added some credits back to help you out this time. Let me know if you run into any issues.
Hi Daniela D. Yea so I used just for the first 10 rows and then turned off auto update - just to show proof of concepts to a certain prospect

Hey Shashank! Thanks for the reply. Got it. Additional rows may have run if records were still being imported to the table. For context, auto-update is enabled by default and automatically runs enrichments when new rows are added.
