The ICP is well-defined, the offer is priced to convert, and we need a founding operator who can build and run the pipeline that fills it. What you'll own
Clay-based prospecting: ICP filtering, cascading enrichment, list hygiene
Sequencing and deliverability via Smartlead/Instantly
Intake handoff into Attio (our CRM) with clean data
Reporting on pipeline health, reply rates, and cost-per-booked-call
Closing deals on Google Meet (this is a full hunter-closer cycle, not hand-off-and-forget)

Salary / OTE: Target execution of 24 closed sales per month yields $4,200 USD/month ($50,400 USD/year) via our stacked milestone structure.
Stable monthly base retainer + uncapped commission on every closed contract.

Who we're looking for
Proven Clay builds — enrichment tables, conditional logic, waterfall sources
Deep understanding of technical deliverability (DNS configurations, inbox rotation, volume scaling)
Can write plain, human-sounding outreach (no AI slop)
Self-managing — you own your calendar and your numbers
