Hiring Fractional GTM Engineer for AI-Driven Growth Systems at Work Window (Remote Possible)

👋 Hey all. Moving this across from Share Full-time Jobs as this is a contracting role. We're hiring a fractional/contract GTM Engineer at Work Window (Virtual Reality career-exploration software to help people find their career path). We're after a rare hybrid that goes deep on GTM/Growth as well as AI tooling. We're based in Aus but open to remote for the right person. We already run outbound with Claude Code, Apollo and Smartlead/HubSpot, but it's all manual - we want to rebuild it as repeatable AI workflows: campaign ideation, list building, enrichment, copy, sequencing, deal progression, the lot.
