Looking for some help with a specific Clay build-out. Mostly requires really solid AI prompting.
What I need is a build out of a table that scrapes google for multifamily properties in the united states (apartments), then from various sources pulls the owner information for those companies.
Challenge here is most properties are owned by LLCs, owned by conglomerates, so there will likely be multiple steps to determine the right stakeholder of the property.
From there, enrich contact data using Findymail, Wiza, etc. That's the easy part. Pay - Idk, $50/hr? Quote me for the build out.
