🚀 We’re hiring: GTM / Clay Operator for Akquire Context: Akquire is our outbound-focused unit. Infrastructure is fully set up (Clay, Smartlead, domains, inboxes, automation). This is not a tooling problem, it’s an execution problem. What we’re looking for: Someone who can own outbound end-to-end and scale Akquire’s own lead generation first. You’ll do: - ICP + signal definition - Clay tables + workflows - Outbound copy and iteration - Campaign launch and optimization - Focus on replies and qualified conversations, not volume This is NOT: - A junior or learning role - Just list building or “Clay-only” work - A role that needs constant guidance Requirements: - Proven end-to-end outbound experience - Real campaigns with real results - Ability to work independently after initial context - Preference for EU time zone overlap How we work: - Paid test campaign first - Performance-driven continuation - Freelance to deeper collaboration if it works If this fits, DM me with: - What you’ve run end-to-end - Results you can point to - How you’d approach scaling Akquire
