Hi everyone,
I am transitioned my career into GTM engineering.
I got tired of sending resumes.
So instead of applying again, I built something.
I installed Warmly on my own project and turned anonymous website visitors into warm outbound leads.
Identified companies → enriched decision-makers → launched personalized outreach.
Not because someone asked me to.
But because I wanted proof that I can build a GTM engine, not just talk about one.
I learned quickly:
Tools don’t create pipeline.
Systems do.
Now I’m refining this into a proper case study.
Honest question for founders / GTM leaders here:
If you were hiring a GTM Engineer, what would make this project strong enough to say “let’s talk”?
I genuinely want to improve it.
