Future Skills for Lead-Gen and SDR Roles in AI Automation

Have the same question, although, as the technologies changes and AI pushes new ways of solving complex tasks, which skills may work in 1-2 yeas? Do you have any predictions? FYI: Have 5+ years is lead-gen and SDR, moved into more technical positions taking care of AI automations, integrations, and taking care of some data engineering staff (basic stuff).

That's great resource. Although, how to balance between tech and business skills? Dataeng may make me be too technical and lose vision for solving real problems.
