Starting SMS Lead Generation: Compliance and Outcomes in the US

Hey! I am looking to start SMS lead generation for my business. We have good results with email and want to add a channel. I wanted to understand a few basics on compliance and potential outcomes SMS lead gen for US. Anyone here an expert or experienced in this?

Hi Utsav, We have used the SMS campaign. It requires to be A2P compliant and your campaign may also be complaint to meet the US criteria

For the U.S., just remember: Get clear opt-in consent, Be transparent (let them know what to expect + how to opt out) and use a compliant platform (like Twilio), also text during business hours and It’s high-engagement, but keep it personal and relevant.
