Need Help with TrustRadius Enrichment Setup and Activities

Does anyone have experience with the TrustRadius enrichment (not source, but enrichment column)? It’s running, but I’m not getting any hits of activities, which surprises me -- I’m wondering if it’s because I set it up wrong… Also I’m wondering, if I want to track when someone shows intent for 3 specific software products, can I search for all of them in 1 Trustradius column or do I need to make 3? It looks like sometimes I can specificy a 2nd and 3rd vendor, but can’t tell if that’s just to augment intelligence about the 1st vendor.
