Choosing Between Integrations and AI Tools in Clay for Enrichment

General question: How often do you add an enrichment by selecting a specific integration versus starting with the "Use AI" tool as a starting point? As a relatively new Clay user, I find one of the most challenging parts of the process is not knowing what information I want, but which data source to use within Clay to find the specific information. So far, it feels like "Use AI" is a good starting point to allow Clay to recommend which integrations and tools to use.
