How to Connect Personal Clay Account with Company Claude Code Account Using API?

I am trying to connect Clay with my Claude Code account. The problem is that the Clay account is my personal account and the Claude Code account is a company that I work with. I want to connect them both and I want to use Clay inside my Claude Code account. How can I do so? Right now I am trying to connect it with my Clay API but it is not working. I don't know why it is not working. Can somebody help on this?
