Insights Needed: Challenges in Buying and Implementing Software

Hey - this is a general ask, but I'm sandboxing an idea on solving the pains of "buying/implementing new software." Please let me know if you're willing to share any experiences. Upon surveying 500+ executives, I found 80%+ respondents hate the buying process, with the top 3 reasons being 1) time-consuming 2) complexity 3) cost. Thanks in advance!
