Request for Changelog Template Link from Claylist Email

There was a really interesting example provided in the latest Claylist email for "Closed Lost Re-Engagement With Changelog". Unfortunately the links were directing to a prior newsletter, though you can find the write up in the Claylist library, but there is no link to the template. I was hoping to look at how this template has gone about this structure as I had a similar use case I was building for. Any chance somebody from Clay is seeing this, are you able to provide the link to the template? or if you just want to share your own template of similar structure
