Hi all, looking to automate linkedin connection requests with note for prospects that I get from the marketing team. What I have? Salesforce report for leads that attended one of the recent event - given to me by marketing team. These leads are then enriched in Clay to find out their linkedin url. I have Artisan.co which can be used to send Linkedin connection request note. I think it can use their Linkedin profile to create a personalized connection req note for them. How can I do this?
Hi - Udit G. you can easily do it just export your salesforce event attendee csv upload to Clay enrich with LinkedIn profile URL add AI column with this prompt: Write a short, friendly LinkedIn connection note (under 280 characters) for {First Name} at {Company}, mentioning the event {Event Name} End with Would love to connect here! Clay generates unique notes. export table with linkedIn url note upload to Artisan.co map fields run Send LinkedIn Connection Request. That's the exact working flow.
To generate unique notes for each, should I use AI or Formula will do?
Welcome, Yes do it, Any help or suggestion just DM Me.
thanks, man!
That’s a great workflow idea you can definitely automate this with Clay + Artisan. Here’s how:
Import your Salesforce leads into Clay (with LinkedIn URLs).
Use Claygent or an AI enrichment to generate personalized connection notes (e.g., referencing the event they attended).
Then send those notes via Artisan’s API it supports LinkedIn profile–based personalization.
Just make sure you respect LinkedIn limits (typically 80–100 connection requests/day per account). I’ve seen teams run this setup successfully happy to outline the step-by-step if you want!
