Why Strategy and Planning Matter More Than Tools for GTM Engineers: A Beginner’s Insight

Took me awhile to realize that these tools are necessary, but for an actual GTM Engineer a strategy, a plan, execution and knowing what goes into each step is so much important. I was so worried about learning about tools and all that I totally forgot about the main purpose lies with how u actually approach things, the amount of planning, and thinking needed is so essential. I am glad that as a beginner I was able to catch onto these things, and my learning experience just got way better, and way more interesting.
