Hi folks!
I’m Sumina, currently in Clay Cohort 9th, based in Tokyo&Osaka, Japan. 🇯🇵
Given my background, I’ve started helping agencies specialize in HR/recruiting outreach.
This is my first time posting a question here!
Question:
If you offer lead gen/BPO support for clients, where do you draw the line for your deliverables?
Background:
I’m currently discussing a BPO project with a client.
They expect “booked meetings” as the final outcome.
However, our team feels we can only commit up to “positive replies” as a qualified lead.
We believe that actual meeting scheduling and closing should be on the client’s end.
How far do you usually commit as your final deliverable?
How do you define a “lead” when aligning expectations with your clients?
Would love to hear your thoughts or how you handle this! Thank you/Arigato!
