Reviewing and Consolidating Current Tools: Best Practices and Prioritization

Hello everyone, I'm reviewing the tools we currently use and wanted to check if all of them are still necessary or if there's a opportunity to consolidate or churn any of them by standardizing in clay. If we plan to churn few of them, I'd love to understand the order or best practices on how to use them.
