Tool for Finding Advertisers by Keyword Across Platforms

Is there a tool to find all advertisers using particular keyword? can be on any platform (google, meta, tw, pinterest, etc...)

meta ads library allows searching by keyword. might want to use a scraper (in apify) to do the keyword based scraping, then get details into clay and enrich. same is true for linkedin's ad library
