Here’s mine:
1️⃣ Score the person – Are they an ICP or just a salesperson trying to pitch me? If their title is 'Account Executive,' they’re off-target. If they’re a decision-maker—they’re in.
2️⃣ Score the account – Right industry? Right company size? If yes, they’re in.
3️⃣ Take action –
✔️ Connect on LinkedIn, invite them to a roundtable, or send a creative asset.
✔️ Find more ICPs at the company and reach out.
Final step: Offer both groups a direct path to a sales call.
