Effectiveness of Video Targeting Engineering Personas on LinkedIn

anyone using video when targeting engineering personas? I'm curious if it's working. I've found that even LI connect requests work roughly 1/2 the anticipated acceptance rate (10% vs. 20%). My gut tells me engineering ICs are on LI less than your average LI member
