Understanding the Use of Starter Plan Without Email Tool Integration

Quick question: If the Starter plan doesn't connect to email tools (Smartlead, Lemlist), what do people actually use it for? How do they use the enriched leads if they can't automatically push them to cold email? Just manual CSV exports? Trying to understand what the Starter plan is designed for. Thanks!

Manual exports from Clay, essentially. The use cases I'm targeting are at smaller orgs so setting up something with Clay and Notion and I don't want a huge amount of automated data
