Should You Limit Emails to 5 Per Day in 2026? Fiete's Inquiry

Hey guys, quick question: A friend told me that in 2026, you shouldn’t send more than 5 emails per day through MS Office email accounts. Is that true? Currently, I’m hosting my domains and email accounts with GoDaddy. He recommended keeping the domains at GoDaddy but switching to ScaledMail for the email accounts. What do you think about this?
