Anyone know why a “Find Contacts’ Table won’t update when i run company claygent (using domain as the driver)? Doesn’t seem to feed through at all…

It's been a reoccurring problem to be honest. You might need to go with alternatives till it's rectified. You could probably try replicating pulling your primary data from Apollo and searchleads.co can provide you with personal and company contacts pretty easy.
